Full Day Sailing (West Coast & Soufriere)
Join us on board a luxury catamaran for a fun-filled day on the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the breathtaking scenes whilst you sail along our west coast line to the magnificent town of Soufriere. Visit the world’s only drive-in volcano and a working plantation, where you will learn about processing cocoa, coconut and manioc. Enjoy the walk through the plantation’s gardens with its tropical flowers. A delicious Creole Lunch will be served there as well, before heading back to the Catamaran. This tour also allows you to capture spectacular views of our twin peaks – the Pitons. On your return journey, stop to swim and snorkel (Note: snorkeling gear is not included) and visit the idyllic harbour of Marigot Bay – location of the original film Dr. Doolittle. Tropical Jeep Safari
Experience St.Lucia from a unique perspective and enjoy an exciting ride to the island's interior in an open-topped Land rover jeep. You'll get the chance to see rural country life and fascinating scenery. You'll pass through the island’s largest banana plantation, see the highest mountain in St Lucia (weather permitting) and visit quaint farming and fishing villages. Along the way, you may get the chance to sample our local farmer's freshly picked fruits and cool coconut water. After an hour’s hike (return trip) through tropical bush and along a river bank, you'll arrive at an exquisite waterfall. From there it’s on to a natural pool on the river for a refreshing bath. Your last stop is in the fishing village of Anse La Ray. There you can visit the historic Catholic Church or take a walk on the waterfront where you may get a chance to see the fishermen mending their nets or taking in the catch of the day! NB: This tour is over uneven terrain; it is for the moderately fit; not suitable for the very young, infirm, people with heart conditions, or pregnant women. Please wear sturdy shoes or trainers and be prepared to get them wet!! Seat belts must be worn at all times while on the jeep.

Land & Sea to Soufriere
Experience the best of both worlds. Whilst you drive south along the west coast, experience local living, stop in the fishing village Anse-la-Raye for a photo and rest stop. Continue the drive through the village Canaries to Soufriere. There you have the chance to view the spectacular Pitons. Then visit the Sulphur Springs – drive-in volcano and the Botanical Gardens and waterfall with its great variety of exotic flowers and tropical trees. Enjoy a delicious Creole Lunch at a restaurant in Soufriere before boarding the Catamaran. On the relaxing sail back to the north point of St.Lucia, you have the opportunity to swim and snorkel at Anse Cochon. (Note: snorkeling gear is not included). Then continuing along the coastline you will have the chance to view the picturesque Marigot Bay. Open bar serving soft drinks and rum punch on board the boat.

Tout Bagay Day Tour
As you can find out from anyone, the Creole words Tout Bagay means "Everything". Need I say more? Your vacation would not be complete without sailing down the west coast of St. Lucia on a tour to Soufriere, home of the majestic pitons. Get a guided tour through the Volcano, with a Mudbath option and to the Toraille Waterfall before heading to the historic Morne Coubaril Estate. It's not all about beauty, but also a bit of history. See how the first inhabitants survived in thatched houses and how they produced cocoa and sugar cane for survival. If you are an outdoor enthusiast and love amazing views, let’s go Zip lining! Head out on St. Lucia's ONLY tandem zip line with the Piton in clear view to the south and Soufriere town to the north. Lunch is then served! Sit down with nature and enjoy our Creole buffet lunch which is prepared using some of the provisions and vegetables produced on the estate and if you have a sweet tooth there is dessert too. We return to the boat as we head back up the coast to our swim stop. Snorkeling is allowed and gear is provided if you wish to be one with the underworld. The day would not be complete if you did not see Marigot Bay, St. Lucia's best hurricane haven and location to some of the world's best known movies. As the day winds down the party wines up, try a few dance moves to some of the Caribbean's latest songs before returning to the docks for five. Zipline is optional at an additional cost.

Bird Watching
Especially for those of you with this special interest you are invited to spend some quality time in the Rainforest where a knowledgeable guide will lead you to try to find the exotic birds of our island. Experience the chorus of local birds, in particular the St.Lucian Parrot Armazonas Versicolor, the tranquillity of the forest and the pleasing experience of being close to nature itself. Note: Wearing of proper footwear is advised, bring along mosquito repellent, a bottle of water and sunscreen.

Piton Climbing
A captivating one hour drive through picturesque fishing villages, along the scenic countryside takes you to the base of Gros Piton, a part of the island’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. This mountain rises majestically out of the Caribbean Sea ever reaching to the heavens above. You will now begin an adventure of a lifetime as you seek to conquer the Mountain by reaching the summit of a Wonder of the World. As you ascend, you will enjoy panoramic vistas from every angle. The unique flora & fauna provides a fascinating study as many species are endemic to the island. The bird-life is abundant and the mountain is replete with "Brigand" Camps, that form a part of the folklore and history of this incredible island. The View from the summit offers an unparalleled vista of St.Lucia and other nearby Caribbean islands on a clear day. You then descend to the base of the mountain with uplifted spirits before rejoining the bus which will take you back to the hotel.

Fish Friday - Anse La Raye
For a taste of St. Lucian village life, head for this street festival, held every Friday night beginning at 6:30. The main street in this tiny fishing village—about halfway between Castries and Soufrière—is closed to vehicles, and residents prepare what they know best: fish cakes, grilled or stewed fish, hot bakes (biscuits), roasted corn, boiled crayfish, and lobster (grilled before your eyes). Prices range from a few cents for a fish cake or bake to $10 or $15 for a whole lobster. Walk around, eat, chat with locals, and listen to live music until the wee hours.

Horse Back Riding
Beginner or experienced – there is a ride to suit your every need! You may join us for just a trek or for a combination of trek & swimming. We will take you through our trails and along the Atlantic beach and to the Caribbean Sea. (Swimming is optional on the 2 hr ride) Hot Tip: Jeans pants are a must with proper footwear. Bring along beach towel, sunscreen and camera.

Rain Forest Sky Rides Tour
A little taste for adventure? Then glide through the rainforests of St. Lucia and experience nature in all its glory from the comfort of your gondola. ATV Adventure (East Coast)
Drive through the rainforest on an all Terrain Vehicle with friends and family racing along behind you. You will get the opportunity drive through working plantations, the rain forest and then stop to sample local fruits. After this exciting drive, visit the Old Sugar Mill and the Fond River (unfortunately the river is not deep in enough for a bath). Last stop will be a visit to Fond Beach. Hot Tip: Be sure to walk with comfortable clothing and walking shoes. No experience or driving license required, fully automatic and easy to operate. Enjoy the excitement of the search for one of the world’s greatest mammals. St.Lucia has its fair share of visiting & resident cetaceans, pods of spinning and spotted Dolphins, Pilot & Sperm whales, False Orca and other whales can be seen in our waters. Deep Sea Sport Fishing
Sport fishing is one of the most exciting ways to spend a day at sea, and St.Lucia offers some of the best fishing in the Caribbean. The captain and crew are versed in the ways of the sea, so don’t worry if you are a beginner; they will show you the ropes and supply the bait, tackle and drinks on board. Catches can include Marlin, Sailfish, Mackerel, Barracuda, Tuna and Dorado. But if you catch a whopper, please remember the fish belong to the Captain, so take your cameras along!

Martinique Splendour
Come discover our neighbouring French Isle of Martinique on board the speedy, All-inclusive CAPO ROSSO 1 for an exciting day of shopping, swimming, and leisure. While crossing the channel, if you are lucky to spot one; dolphins can be seen frolicking in the ocean and the occasional surfacing of whales. On Arrival in Martinique, your options are; a half (1/2) hour guided tour of the main attractions in the capital Fort de France and two (2) hours unguided tour for sightseeing/shopping. You also have the option of the full 2-1/2 hours unguided shopping/sightseeing at your own pace. Lunch is then served at a local restaurant in Fort de France. Back on board the CAPO ROSSO 1, a short trip out of Fort de France takes you to a serene bay for fun in the sun swimming or just kick back and relax before heading across the channel back to St Lucia.
